Jyotish AI was born out of frustration. We saw millions of Indians — educated, tech-savvy people — getting cheated by fake astrology apps that give vague, copy-pasted predictions regardless of the user's actual birth chart. Jyotish AI is built on classical Vedic texts — primarily Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra (BPHS), the foundational text of Indian astrology. We follow the Lahiri Ayanamsha, which is the official standard approved by the Government of India's Calendar Reform Committee.
