1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jyotish AI at astro.connexolve.in ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice to registered users.
2. Description of Service
Jyotish AI provides Vedic astrology tools including: - Birth chart (Kundli) generation using Swiss Ephemeris - Panchang (daily almanac) calculations - Vimshottari Dasha analysis - Kundli matching (Ashtakuta method) - AI-powered astrological predictions - Baby name suggestions based on Nakshatra - Group compatibility analysis - Astrological problem analysis and remedies The Service is provided for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only.
3. Important Disclaimer — Nature of Astrology
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: Jyotish AI provides astrological information based on classical Vedic texts and mathematical calculations. Astrology is a traditional belief system, not a scientifically proven predictive system. - Predictions and analyses are NOT guarantees of future events - Remedies suggested are traditional practices, not medical or legal advice - We do not claim to predict the future with certainty - Astrological guidance should NEVER replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice - Results may vary — planetary positions indicate tendencies, not fixed destiny Use of this Service constitutes acknowledgment of these limitations.
4. User Accounts & Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account - You must provide accurate information when creating your account - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password - You must not share your account with others - You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions - We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
Free Plan: - Available to all registered users - No credit card required - Includes basic Kundli, Panchang, and limited features Pro Plan (₹199/month): - Full feature access as described on the Pricing page - Billed monthly, cancel anytime - No refunds for partial months Vidvaan Plan (₹499/month): - All Pro features plus API access and white-label reports - Billed monthly, cancel anytime Payment Processing: - Payments are processed by Razorpay - We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking - All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes Refund Policy: - Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of first subscription only - Contact admin@connexolve.in for refund requests - API usage is non-refundable
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service - Share API keys with unauthorized parties - Use the Service to generate content that harasses or harms others - Claim our astrological content as your own without attribution - Use automated tools to bulk-generate charts for commercial redistribution without API agreement - Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
7. Intellectual Property
• All astrological calculation code, AI models, and platform design are owned by Connexolve - The Swiss Ephemeris library is used under its open-source license - Astrological results generated for your birth data are yours to use personally - You may not resell or commercially redistribute our API output without a commercial license - Our brand name, logo, and "Jyotish AI" are trademarks of Connexolve
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: - Connexolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - We are not liable for decisions made based on astrological readings - We are not liable for technical interruptions, data loss, or service unavailability - Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months - We make no warranties that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India - Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal - We encourage resolving disputes amicably — please contact us first - If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws
