This Privacy Policy describes how Connexolve ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Jyotish AI at astro.connexolve.in. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with respect and transparency.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you: - Create an account (name, email address, password) - Enter birth details for chart generation (date, time, place of birth) - Contact us for support We also collect limited technical information: - Device type, browser, and operating system - Pages visited and features used (anonymised) - IP address (for security and fraud prevention only) We do NOT collect: payment card details (handled by Razorpay), government ID, Aadhaar, or any biometric data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to: - Generate your astrological charts and predictions - Maintain your account and saved charts - Send transactional emails (account verification, subscription receipts) - Provide customer support - Improve our calculation accuracy and features We do NOT use your data to: - Show you advertisements - Sell to third parties - Build advertising profiles - Share with insurance or financial companies
3. Data Storage & Security
• All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3) - Birth data is stored on servers in India - Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we cannot see your password - We conduct regular security audits - Access to user data is restricted to authorised engineers only - We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services: - Razorpay — Payment processing (they have their own privacy policy) - OpenAI — AI interpretation of astrological data (data is not used for training) - Hostinger — Server infrastructure - Google Fonts — Typography (no tracking) We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: - Access all data we hold about you (email us at admin@connexolve.in) - Correct inaccurate data - Delete your account and all associated data - Export your data in JSON format - Opt out of non-essential communications To exercise any right, email admin@connexolve.in with subject "Privacy Request".
6. Children's Privacy
Jyotish AI is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
